In live northwest Iowa and just bought an mes30 new generation and use an AMNPS from A-maze-n. I've already learned a ton from looking around on for tips and recipes here. Only used smoker twice. Once chicken legs, turned out so and for turkey legs which turned out awesome. Bought the smoker mainly for fish but it will used for much more after reading through some of the forums.
