Hey y'all my name is Mike Sprinkle I'm from a little town named Rural Hall just north of Winston-Salem. I found this site researching curing county ham. I just got into smoking about a year ago. I mainly smoke brisket, ribs and chicken. I have done a little cold smoking bacon also. There's a lot of great info here and I'm glad I found this group.
