Just wanted to drop by and say how yall are from Prairieville Louisiana. There is a lot of good stuff on here.

Im smoking on a ok joe now before that i had a new braunfel smoker for probably close to 15 years i used for smoking, it did alright for us.

I've been smoking for a while now just kinda do my own thing, nuttin special just good ol smokin and eatin.

Welcome and I also had a New Braunfel smoker for many years.  Worked great for me.   Was sorry to see it go.  Sister still uses it though!!!

I smoked a lot of meat on that New Braunfel smoker over the years and I pondered for months over letting that thing go. yeah I was sad when I finally let it go almost like part of the family I had it so long.
