Noob in St.Louis

Tryin my first pork butt today in my Cookmaster gas smoker. Going ok so far, only an hour into it. Havin a little trouble keepin an even smoke going. Did not soak my chips... Any ideas? Thanks guys, and lookin forward to meeting you all!:biggrin:
