Did up 3 racks of baby backs yesterday on the woodwind 24 with apple /hickory mix. Mustard binder, rub top and bottom. No wrap, just straight through cook at 225 for 4 hours. Sauced and smashed...

Ive had a few hits and misses!Man those look good. I stopped wrapping ribs just put them on and let them ride. Just easier for me.
