NJ Accidental Smoker

Hi! Sal from Jersey, we enjoy cooking and moved from a condo to house last year where by chance found a free gas grill getting thrown out. The lines were shot so I ripped everything out and just used it for charcoal, NEVER going back to gas. Between that and the firepit I'm excited to start a smoking adventure next!
