Clever mod on the lid vent! That little tab can get hotter than blazes I will have to do that to mine. Nice tbs too! I love watching my stick burner churn out the tbs!

Great idea on keeping the lid sealed tight using paperclips! I will be getting some for mine! Thanks

Thanks all.  Yes those large binder clips are the cat's meow when sealing the lid from leaks.  Funny that I started the leak chasing using only a couple clips, then the leak moved.  Added another clip.  Then it moved again.  Finally with 6 clips, it sealed pretty well. Doing another batch of wings today since I already gave away the batch from this thread.   Love putting a smile on neighbor's faces.
