Well as much as I like it the space would be too small for retail, also not certified by what ever the feds /local folks want to be in code. lotta features with that unit and the cold smoking top part could be very useful for sausages and such. maybe not so much for hot smoking as the temp has to be run way up on the bottom unit I have read
