Nice quick meatloaf last weekend

Forgot to post pictures.   Just wanted to do a nice simple smoke, one that wouldn't require me waking up at 4 AM on a Saturday.  Went with a basic meatloaf recipe and some cheesy potatoes.  Add some sweet corn and you got one fine meal.

Is that BBQ sauce on your meat loaf?

I have yet to do a smoked meatloaf but I have a feeling that its just a matter of me walking by the grocery meat counter and seeing some half off ground beef and that will be the day I do it lol.

I have a GREAT meatloaf recipe that my mother has used forever, she makes the best meatloaf.  I haven't made it in a few years though so I'm out of practice and the "recipe" is really more of an eyeball thing so I need to refine it to an accurately measured recipe.

It's a homemade sauce similar to BBQ sauce.  My wife's grandma's recipe....really good.
