Nice day means time to smoke.

    I have not posted in quite some time so I thought I would today. the temperature is in the mid 50's in Mi so I decided to put the first brisket on the smoker today.

    I used some Pecan chips my wife got me and it came our fantastic. Rubbed it down the night before to let it sit and smoked it for 3.5 hours (not a big brisket).
