The wild looked real good stoning the Blues on Monday.   It looks like Blackhawks vs. Wild in round 2

It was a long one last night at the United Center.  The triple overtime win for the Blackhawks ended at 1:15 this morning!

My alarm went of at 4:15.

What an abortion last night was... That's the bad part about the Wild. When they are bad, it's unwatchable. Better show up tomorrow. Good thing I they are a great road team. Glad I was in a meeting until after the 1st period was over so I didn't have to see it.

Every team has a real stinker now and then.    It just hurts a heck of a lot more when it's on home ice.

The Blackhawks have a chance to close out the series against the Pred's tonight.   Darling will be between the pipes again.

Almost game time again!! I'll have to admit though I was happy to see the Blackhawks not able to close it out last night... But only because the Wild looked "so" bad the other night. I think a Blackhawk v. Wild series would be awesome to watch again, but they both have to close on the opportunity at hand first

This is gonna be an awesome series.  Blackhawks and Wild are both playing good hockey right now.

I'll say it's a toss up with the slight edge going to home ice.  Dubnyk looks like he's back in top form.

I haven't seen enough out of Crawford to know where his head is yet.   The Madhouse on Madison will be rockin' on Friday!!

I believe Crawford will be just fine. And that son of a Bickell always kills the Wild... The one team in the playoffs I wanted nothing to do with was the Hawks. But MN g's been so good on the road I still think they can pull an upset here, but the need to win in Chicago for the first time ever in the playoffs for that to happen

The Blackhawks had a solid win last night over the Wild.   Dubnyk gave up 8 goals in 2 games.   I think the Hawks have that puzzle solved.

The Habs crapped all over themselves losing the first 2 on home ice.  Put fork in em, they're done.

It's time to sit up and pay attention to the Ducks.

Let the Ducks' egos inflate playing the Flames.

Hawks have made two Vezina candidate goalies (Rinne, now Dubnyk) look just average.

Minnesota won't make the same mistake (to sit  back and neutral-zone trap) in their building, but beating the Hawks in 4 of the next 5 games is a tall order. I'm not counting them out, as the Hawks hadn't won a road game before the most recent Nashville one since the '10 Cup run in San Jose, but it certainly doesn't get any easier for the Wild from here on out.

Remember in January when MN was in 12th in the west... Me too this team plays it best for some reason with it's back against the wall. Don't get me wrong my expectations are now lower than a week ago, but if the win tonight this series will take on a much different feel.

The Wild haven't played that bad in back to back games in months, and still had a chance to pull out game 1 after not getting to the arena until they were down 3 goals. The Hawks have out skewed the Wild and Suter hasn't played 2 poorer games as a pro as the past 2. It's easy to see why I didn't want to play the Hawks again this yr, they have a different mindset this series than against Nashville. Chicago has looked like the better team by far but I think the Wil are going to show they are a worth opponent coming up.

This very same thing happened last year.  The Blackhawks took the first two on home ice.

Then it went to Minny and the Wild held serve with two wins of their own.  This isn't over by any stretch.   I hope to watch an exciting game tonight.

Western Conference finals....... Chicago Blackhawks VS Anaheim Ducks      This is going to be a hard fought series.  I fully expect it to go 7 games.

More than likely, the winner of this goes on to win Lord Stanley's cup.      Any Ducks fans out there??
