statistically the boys have the 3rd hardest schedule this year so its gonna be hard but of course they are right there in everyones preseason contenders lists, that show ended with them popping balloons of the teams they think will make the playoffs, the consensus ended with the chargers beating either dallas or green bay for the superbowl, The wife has been warned a cowboys superbowl means $200 for meat and since I know about 12 cowboys fans we will rent a hall and have a blowout.
That early bye week sure sucks.

I hear ya... I got faith in Kolb (if we can put some strenght on our O-Line & the D gets like it was in the Jimmy Johnson days)... i think this season will be pretty rocky for us (being such a young team), but all in all i see us ending with a decent record... plus we pretty much controll the draft... so let us see where the cards fall!

We still have Vick, but Kolb is our starter and im behind him 100%... Im sure we will see Vick more often than last year, and hopefully w/ a better plan LOL!

I'm behind Kolb also, glad to be rid of McNabb. I heard the McNabb is trying to encourage the Redskins to pick up TO!!

Yeah LOL!!! he loves the PR!!!
Dont get me wrong... I liked McNab and what he did for us (besides the big grin and the passes into the dirt, over heads, out of reach, and behind recievers LOL), he did do a lot for the Birds and im grateful, but it was time for a change its a young team and we need a young QB to grow with that team!

Vick is forgiven in my book.

He didn't get much chance last year, but he got more than Kolb, and he didn't seem to have his old speed (at least he wasn't afraid to run). McChoke used to be one of the best QBs in football, until he decide he wanted to be a pocket-passer. Without the threat to run, he was just an average QB. If Reid had a pair, he would have told him to run at least a half dozen times a game to keep the defenses worried, or run over & sit on the bench. Kolb should have got his shot 3 years ago, but better late than never. It should be an interesting year.
I still can't believe we actually got rid of McChoke, without getting rid of Reid(I thought they were joined at the hip)

BTW: It's a good thing Ed Too-Tall Jones is gone---He'd be bumping his head on their too-low hanging Jumbo-Tron!

I was thrilled with the Roethlisberger 6 game suspension because my Buccaneers play the Steelers in week 3!! The Yucs finally catch a break. Now if we can only snag a solid player with that number three pick tomorrow night.....

He should have gotten worse, but im a nobody... I heard it can be shortened for good behavior (or some BS like that)... and i garuntee it will!
