Welcome from SC, Sugar Bear. I'm sure you will enjoy this site. There are lots of folks here that have tons of knowledge and are always eager to share ideas, tips, recipes or anything else that you may need. You have a really good smoker fabricator right there in Tulsa. His name is Craig Bell. He builds a quality unit with exactly what you want in it and at a very fair price. Look him up sometime.

I will be looking for some pics as you get started. And always remember, baritone singers need loving too. We don't get any of the applause, but we fill in the holes.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
