New here but not to Smoking. Picked up a MES 30 black Digital Yesterday. Odered the AMNS this morning.Been smoking and grilling for years. Have a Charbroil  gaser and a and a Char Griller w/side burner pit. Do a yearly BBQ on Labor Day weekend. Have anywhere from 40-60 friends show up. Run atleast 2-3 pits and couple Gassers. Nobody leaves HUNGRY!!!!
