Hello all,SugarShane here from Nampa, Idaho. Looking forward to learning some recipes from some seasoned veterans. We do a lot of big game hunting and fishing out here so I'm wanting to take advantage of my smoker. Just bought a Masterbuilt electric and so far have done t ribs and some kokanee on it. Kokanee was just ok so if you have done advice or recipes I'd be more than happy to listen. Plan on doing some whitetail jerky soon also. Thanks all!
