I finally unwrap my dad smoker after two years. We bought him a masterbuilt 40" gas smoker. I didn't know what to expect but I managed through it and it was awesome. I smoked some pulled pork and and ribs. I must say that the food was really good and tasty. I look forward in learning a lot from all the experts in this great forum.
