Hello, 

My Name is Mark.  I live in Spring, Texas. Just in case that is 30 miles north of Houston. I have been using stick smokers for 5 or so years. I am waiting on my Yoder YS640 pellet smoker to come in tomorrow. If anyone has a suggestion on what pellets to use, and why,  that would be very helpful.

I don't own a pellet burner so I can't help with your question.
