My name is Dan,(AKA Dano).I am from Ohio, now living in Texas. I am a big Weber Grill fan. I love finding new uses for my webers as they are very versatile. This fall/winter I am going to learn to make and stuff my own sausage. Hoping to learn more about cold smoking, especially meats. I'm here to learn and to share. Thank you.
