Hello, I am a complete newbie to the world of smoking meats. I have eaten lots of it and love it and now I want to jump in and do it myself. I live in NW Ohio and I do not currently have a smoker, but I plan to make a concrete smoker. I would like to use different kinds of wood to experiment with flavors. I joined this site to get some advice and suggestions to start smoking.
