Hello all,
My name is Matt from Southwest Missouri. I joined up a month or so ago but just getting around to my first post.
I learned how to smoke on my Weber performance series kettle grill. Last year my parents let me have the old family smoker. Picture attached. I only smoked one pork butt last year but have it up and running for the second time this year. I've definitely have to make some mods to battle major hot spots.
I've recently been thinking about buying a combo grill like the outdoor gourmet Triton from academy. Any thoughts
