Hi, my name is Zack out of Fort Rucker, Alabama. My skill level for smoking is beginner. I just purchased a 4 in 1 Smoke Hollow grill. I have smoked two 3 pound pork butts using misc instructions found online, both turning out a success. Can't wait to learn more and use thes cool emojis. :grilling_smilie:
