My name is Mike and I am new to the forum but looking forward to learning more about smoking. I live in Washington state and have been smoking meat with my older Sausage Maker smoker. It has been hit or miss a lot of times but feel like I am having more successes lately so looking to upgrade on my smoker which has brought me here. Not planning to go big time but to be able to utilize the game I bring home in more ways. Thanks ahead of time!
