Hello, I have been peeping on this forum for awhile and decided to join.  I got the Dual chargriller with the SFB a couple months ago.  Got to smoke a boston butt on it (turned out asesome) but had some temp issues and took quite awhile.  I've been using the propane side recently until I could get my mods set up, which will be starting on tomorrow and hopefully smoking this weekend.

Also for those of you new to smoking,  Get a good Probe Thermometer as we smoke by Temperature NOT TIME.



A good choice for a remote dual probe thermometer is the Maverick ET-732
