Hi everyone my name is mike, I use to use this site alot but for some reason been out of it. I guess it was all the moving then had to change my email. I have a char broil off set smoker. Ben smoking meat for about two years. Have done chicken, ribs were burnt on one end. Also did a picnic  for pulled pork twice, and wanting to attempt a brisket. I have a 10 lb shoulder in the freezer just waiting for a day off so I can make some pork bq.
 
Welcome to SMF. There are a lot of very friendly & knowledgeable folks here to help you. I urge you to sign up for the free E-course. It will give you the basics, & even if you are an experienced smoker you may learn something new. Then start asking questions. Good luck & glad to have you aboard.
