Newbie to Smoking.

G'day everyone.

I am from down under and I live in a small coutry town approximately 400 Klms nth of sydney NSW Australia. I have been BBQing/Grilling for a while and just recently bought a Hark gas smoker to add to my collection..

I have been retired for 15 years and do a lot of volunteering for the NSW Rural Fire Service.and look forward through your website to learn how to hot and cold smoke.
