Hi using a Traeger at 225 2 racks of pork ribs.
3hr 45min and I'm already at 175f temp. I was expecting at least 5hrs cook time. They are done 2 hrs early before dinner. Can I wrap in foil and set in the oven so they warm but don't dry out?

Most Temp guys take them to.,195. Do they bend 90° when you pick them up from one end? Probe tender? You may need more time...JJ

No 90° bend. I was going off the package for 175° Makes me feel much better I still have time. Ok awesome I'll set my thermomemter for 195. Threw my corn on, so should finish about the same time. Thank you so much!

IMHO, the bend is more important than the temp. Just don't overlook them. Ribs get mushy when they're overdone.

Good luck, Joe....:grilling_smilie:

175 is certainly cooked, but you will have to rip and tear the meat off the bone. 195 will be bite through but tender...JJ
