Newbie in MN

Hi there. My name is Kyle and I live in central MN. I am 28 yrs old and am a production supervisor with Jennie-O Turkey Store. I just purchased a lightly used Char griller Smokin Pro and did the suggested modifications. Smoked 3 racks of Spare ribs last weekend that turned out absolutely delicious! Now I know I found a new hobby! Looking forward to learning from others and sharing some ideas
