I have decided to try building a smoker from an old filing cabinet I got from a garage sale. Living in the Northeast it is hard to get good smoked meat at restaurants, so I figured why not smoke it myself. If this goes well I would like to build a bigger smoker I could do half a hog on, but lets start small and see what happens. Looking forward to learning more from the community.

Thank you look forward to posting pictures as I move thru the project. This winter will definitely be the big build time since there is nothing else to do when it is snowing. Located in Cushing.
