my dad always had the best ribs and knew exactly how to do this, unfortunately i didnt get a chance to learn his secrets, but that was many years ago, so now im learning on my own, built a concrete block smoker and ready to give it a try. any advice would be great, i dont think its rocket science, but i know its a big learning curve at the same time. thanks , montyG
