Hey everyone,

Newbie here from Charlottesville, VA. I've been smoking on an Electric Brinkmann for a couple years now. I've had gas and charcoal grills for years and have done plenty of grilling but the only smoking I've done has been on the Brinkmann.

I got a Smoke Hollow 4-in-1 for Christmas, so a whole new world has been opened to me. I've already made the fixes on the nibble me this blog.

The weather has been terrible so I haven't had a chance to use it for anything but grilling burgers so far but I can't wait to get to some smoking.

Interestingly, I found a High Temp, Food safe silicone caulk that I used for fixing gaps instead of the J-B Weld everyone uses. It's rated for higher temps and I like that its NSF approved food safe, I worried about what kind of toxins the J-B Weld might release when heated.
