Hi everyone, Mike from Detroit area, Michigan! Heard good things about this site. Been smoking a few years solidly now. Been sticking to the basic meats, pork shoulders, ribs, chicken and brisket. Make own sauce and rub, doing a lot of experimenting lately. Have our first KCBS competition this weekend. Have the good old fashion 22.5" Weber and a Brinkmann Trailmaster offset stick burner. I plan to build my own hopefully if I can find time, if not my favorite is the Lang probably the 84". Hope to share BBQ stories, tips and recipes with you all and learn a few new things for my bag of BBQ...
