Hello everybody, I'm Terrance and I've been getting great information off this forum for a few months now a figured I might as well join since I spend most of my free time here anyway. I live in the Central Valley if California (but raised in FL) and have been using a Masterbuilt propane vertical smokehouse and I love it. I've already smoke rubs, chicken, and a Boston butt in it an they've come out ok but not great. With more time and advice from you great folks I think I'll have no problems improving. Im also a jet engine mech in the Navy which is a lot of fun and keeps me traveling. Again thanks for all the good info so far and thanks for having me on your forum.
