Newbie from Tennessee,

I'm a older guy, I make my own beer,I hunt,fish, love sports.

 Most of my life I've had to learn the hard way,

I hope to learn alot from this Forum the easy way

Just so you know where I'm starting from,I don't have a clue about  smoking meat  I got the Masterbuilt duel fuel smoker from the box store,today

I put it together, now looking for any help I can get, and ready to get started. The next few days I'll be trying to read as much as I can before asking questions.
