hello all

been lurking on here for a while picking up little tips that i can. decided to finally sign up for an account. I have a "smoke hollow" propane smoker. while its probably not the hot set up it has done a very good job so far.

I work in the hunting industry so i get alot of use out of this little smoker. I look forward to learning alot more and smoking, ALOT.
