Bought out first offset smoker the week leading into Memorial weekend. Smoked a 16 pound brisket on it and it turned out excellent. I’m going to modify the smoker a bit with some steel “wagon” wheels, expanded metal shelf below the pit door and a couple if other things.

Looking forward to learning how to better use this thing on here.
