Newbie from England

Hi there, I'm Allan from Sheffield in England,

 I like to do a lot of cooking, along with this I do like to experiment and create new dishes and enhance the flavour of existing recipes , over the past few months I've  got hooked on curing, brining and smoking but I am a total newbie, so I've been doing a lot of reading on this forum trying to learn from your experiences.
