Newbie from dirty jerseys

Just like the title says I'm a newbie from New Jersey. I am the self appointed grill master for all family functions but now I feel it's time to step up my game and get down to some serious low and slow smoking/cooking.

I've done some smoking, mostly ribs using my weber and Applewood chips.
I'll be definitely leaning on this forum.
