Newbie from Dallas

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie to smoking and to this forum. I posted my introduction in another page of this forum so I'm not sure it will get posted. My name is Muka and I purchased a Charboil Vertical Smoker Model Number  15202033.

My goal is to smoke chicken, turkey, pork and fish. I am from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I will be posting more later and I'm sure I will have lots of questions. Thanks for creating this forum.
