Hello all! my name is Jeremy and I am a new smoker from Cleveland. Just got a OK Joe unit for early xmas gift and really looking forward to getting started in this addicting hobby! I've cooked and grilled on other things, but mainly your normal methods, so I am new to smokin/Que.

Hi Jeremy...Welcome to the family!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
