Hello from Central Ohio. I recently purchased a barely used Lang smoker. I've been doing some cleanup on it and I am ready to jump into this whole hog! I don't know much about the smoker other than it was barely used and I got it for a steal. I have no idea what it sold for new but it couldn't have been cheap. I decided to join up here to learn and get information on cooks from this group.
