Newbie from Charleston, SC

Hi, everyone,

   I enjoy cooking and grilling, and I enjoy pork -- it's delicious! I live in Charleston, SC, home to some really awesome barbecue. I grew up in NC, eating vinegar-based sauce, but I've come to appreciate mustard-based, too. But that's a whole nother argument. I'm just here looking for a little advice.
