Hello All,
Here to introduce myself. From Southern Ontario. Hunter with a freezer full of venison and moose. Looking to make something good out of it. Lol. Only smoker I have so far is a Brinkman electric smoker. Probably going to upgrade this year though. Not sure what to get yet though.

Just made some Summer Sausage, 5lbs. Looks like I had too high of a temp and it is a but wet. Not bad for a first time though. I guess.
