Hi all,

New to the forum... Just bought my first smoker... 18.5 WSM, Already love this thing!!

Did some baby backs from costco for my first smoke last week.. easly to maintain temp.. turned out perfect!

Got a bunch of short ribs on right now for a backyard barbecue tonight! Looking forward to learning from everyone!
