We've been pretty busy around here hadn't had time to cook much. But finally slowed down enough for a brisket.

A bunch of this will end up chopped and bagged to make meals when we are camping, gonna be eaten good around the fire now.
 
Awesome looking brisky cook John, nicely done bud! That will be some good eats there. I’d take a chopped brisky sammy please.
