Newbie from California

Hello, My name is Corey. I started building UDS style smokers a few years ago. The first one was for me, then all of a sudden friends and family wanted them as well.. So i am up to number 4 now.. I normally smoke Tri Tip and Ribs and am looking to expand my menu. I came across this web page while researching ideas for my next build.

I really appreciate this site and all the knowledge on it.
