Newbie checking in

Hi all! So I am a novice and have been reading a few posts. Nice to join and will be looking for advice. I have an electric smoker from cabellas with an electronic temp control and basically two settings 625W or 1250W. I have smoked a few chickens and carp. Really love it and trying to perfect my system. I live in Elk River, MN. Thanks all and looking forward to chat with you all
