I am living in the land of receding glaciers in Western Wisconsin.. Have been smoking salmon on an old non-insulated aluminum box electric smoker for about a year. Actually had pretty decent results using a brine recipe from a friend of mine. I just stepped up to a Masterbuilt electric smoker and am looking forward to doing more fish, ribs and venison. Looks like I will learn a lot on this site/forum.
