Hi All!
My name is Liam Jeffries, 28 years old. I was born and raised in Vancouver British Columbia and recently moved out east to Ontario to enjoy being an Uncle. During my move in was lucky enough to move into a house with a Propane Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite. It is a 6 rack vertical. Where I live in ON it is very sporadic weather to say the least. So rain snow sun and wind are all factors for me but will not stop me enjoying the finer things in life like a nice smoked brisket! Also where I am is more of a rural area and the house is run off propane so it is actually connected right into main line. Long smokes are not a worry of having to switch my cans which was a nice surprise.
My level of knowledge is very minimal. I use Google for everything. Never took a class or worked in a kitchen. Just have a real passion for barbecuing and smoking meats. (Favorite of mine is a pulled meat off the smoker chilled and mixed with ground beef for burgers!)
Anyways I really hope to learn from the group of fellow passionate meat connoisseurs it seems are on here and I will gladly try and help with anything I might be able to add to the community.
