Hi folks my name is Rick and I want to shout out a big thank you to all the very helpful member of SMF. This is where I was researching getting a new smoker. I so happened on some UDS threads and the idea was planted. Not more than a few weeks later I have my very own UDS in the back yard . A BIG thanks to all, this seems to be a very nice forum indeed.

I will make a separate post, in the appropriate forum with some pics.
