Hello all, Im a new to the site. I picked up a MES 40 with a cold smoker. Ive done lots of traditional smoking using wood (mostly mesquite and or oak) on a traditional smoker but decided to jump into the electric smoker stuff for jerky, snack sticks, cheeses etc. Lots of good looking stuff to try on this site. I look fwd to picking your brains for advice and tips.
